Our swings are crafted using GOTS-certified organic cotton, sustainably sourced solid wood, and non-toxic, plant-based dyes to ensure safety for both your family and the environment.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are the swings suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
While our swings are designed for indoor comfort, they can be used outdoors in dry conditions. We recommend bringing them inside or covering them during rain to preserve the organic fibers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
What is the maximum weight capacity for your swings?
Weight capacities vary by model. Our infant swings support up to 50 lbs, while our adult-sized hammock swings are tested to safely hold up to 250 lbs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more countries soon, so stay tuned for updates.
